Description	Early Learning in PEI: An Investment in the Island's Future ~ A report prepared by consultant Kathleen Flanagan for the Prince Edward Island Government to set out a plan to develop a vision and framework for early childhood development. The report represents ideas, perspectives and preferences of Island parents of preschool children, along with their grandparents, family members and friends.
